Terms of use

1. Service scope: Showtimesoft provides course information, reservation requests, assistance and shared-round features through Thai Golf Tour. Each supplier operates its course and on-site services. These terms do not exclude our own obligations or liability required by applicable law.

2. Accounts and information: Use your own account and provide accurate booking information. Impersonation, false requests and unauthorized disclosure of personal information are prohibited. Contact us if you suspect account misuse.

3. Requests and confirmation: A submitted request, completed consultation or joined round does not by itself confirm a tee time. Check the reservation status and confirmation details for the course, date, time, party size and conditions. Requests may be declined or alternatives offered according to availability.

4. Prices and extras: Check the currency and whether green fees, caddies, carts, tips and transport are included in your individual offer. Extras are not confirmed before the final price and conditions are agreed. This site currently accepts no online payments.

5. Changes, cancellations and refunds: Review the cancellation deadline and supplier conditions disclosed for your booking. Changes require availability confirmation. If money has already been paid, refund eligibility and method are assessed against payment records, disclosed conditions and applicable law. There is no universal refund percentage.

6. Shared rounds and course use: Participants must observe agreed times, party sizes, dress codes and safety rules. A shared-round seat and a tee-time reservation need separate confirmation. Verify the other party and terms before sending money or personal information directly to another participant.

7. Restrictions and complaints: Fraud, harassment, spam, unauthorized data collection and disruption can lead to restrictions. Send relevant reservation details and reasons to our contact address to report harm or appeal a restriction. We review the circumstances and communicate the outcome. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Updates: Changes are reflected in the page version, with significant changes announced on the site. Agreed conditions for existing reservations are not changed retroactively without agreement. Account deletion and personal-data inquiries can be submitted to our contact address.
