Operating policies

Reservation process: Submit your preferred course, date and party size, then check your request. Availability, prices and conditions must be reviewed before confirmation. A resolved consultation does not mean a confirmed tee time or completed payment.

Cancellations and changes: Use the cancellation action when available for a request. For confirmed booking changes or cancellations, email your reservation reference and requested action. Follow the booking-specific deadline. Thailand itineraries use Thailand time (UTC+7) unless otherwise stated.

Weather, closures and late arrivals: Play during rain, credit for remaining holes and rescheduling depend on course instructions and booking conditions. Contact us before deciding not to attend. Late arrival, party-size changes or a no-show may affect admission or previously disclosed charges.

Shared-round etiquette: Join only dates you can attend and communicate changes early. Abuse, sexual harassment, discrimination, pressure selling and recording or sharing contact details without permission are prohibited. Confirm both your shared-round participation and your course reservation.

Course information and photos: Information and photos may differ from conditions at the time of your visit. Report inaccuracies, closures or photo concerns with the course name and page. We review reports to determine corrections or visibility changes.

Help and reports: Email your booking reference if available, the incident time, a description and the action you seek. Never send passwords, verification codes or full card numbers. Contact course staff or local emergency services first for immediate safety issues.
