Operator and contact: Showtimesoft operates the service. Contact Account & help or cto@showtimesoft.com for privacy questions and requests.

Information and purposes: Authentication uses your selected identity provider and email. The service stores display name, service language, booking dates and party size, request details, round participation, support messages and agreement records. These support fulfillment, assistance, account protection and dispute handling. Do not include passwords, card or passport numbers in messages.

Processing and storage: Cloudflare serves the website; Supabase provides authentication and data storage. Social sign-in uses your selected provider. When proceeding with a course supplier, check the required information and recipients in the booking conditions. External advertising destinations apply their own policies.

Browser storage and notifications: The login session uses browser session storage. Language and saved courses use local storage. The in-app inbox shows booking and support updates. Automatic email and SMS delivery are unavailable until their delivery services are connected.

Access, correction and deletion: Use Account & help to edit your name and language, download records or request privacy and account deletion assistance. A request does not erase everything immediately. Identity, active reservations and transaction, dispute and audit retention needs are reviewed before the scope and outcome are communicated.

Protection and retention: The service uses per-customer access controls, additional staff verification, role restrictions and change history. Record retention and deletion depend on processing purposes and applicable retention needs. Operator details, supplier disclosures and retention criteria require review before commercial launch.
