Hole One - Par 4
Black Tee B ox 415 yards
Blue Tee Box. 388 Yards
White Tee Box. 370 Yards
Red Tee Box 322 Yards
Main obstacle on this hole is your tee off has to be straight if not you’ll find a 30 yards long sand trap (bunker)
on the right at 200-230 yards where the landing area are.
If you can carry more than 230 yards you can get over the sand trap (bunker) easily but there are still obstacle which is a rough on the right hand.
Then again, if you drive is too left at 180 yards onward you will find a bunch of 3 big Rain trees waiting there as natural obstacles.
However, if your drive is straight you can aim at the middle around 220 yards that will leave you with 150 yards approach shot. But if you’re a long drive golfer this hole is becoming wide open instantly.
Slopes on the green is not that severe it runs into the middle from both sides depends on where the hole is positioned. Also, there are green sides sand traps (bunkers) on both sides guarding the green. Difficulty on this hole is minimal good for an opening hole to get a good score.
*recommending distance base on the White Tee Box but if playing on others Tee you have to add or subtract the distance on which Tee Boxes are being played.
