โดยรางวัลนี้ทางบริษัท 59club Asia ได้มีการประเมินมาตรฐานการให้บริการและสถานที่อำนวยความสะดวกรวมถึงสภาพสนามกอล์ฟของทางสนามธนาซิตี้ฯ ตลอดปี 2565 ผ่านโปรแกรมลูกค้าปริศนา หรือ Mystery Shopping ซึ่งทาง 59club Asia มีการส่งลูกค้าปริศนามาใช้บริการจริงและทำการประเมินอย่างละเอียดในทุกส่วนของการให้บริการลูกค้า ซึ่งเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการพัฒนาปรับปรุงการให้บริการของสนามธนาซิตี้ฯ อย่างต่อเนื่องตลอดหลายปีที่ผ่านมา
